Despite it being late in the year to be advertising student property for the 2014/15 academic year, Lawson & Thompson have successfully secured tenants for 3 x four bedroom HMO properties in the past month. These properties had previously been advertised by their respective high-street agents without success since January.
We attribute our success to two key factors. One: we have a rapidly-growing email notifications list, where students can sign up to receive free email updates when a new property is posted. Two: our use of wide-angle photography accompanied by an HD property movie means tenants (particularly postgraduate students coming from abroad) get a very clear impression of a property without the need for a personal visit.
