We are delighted to announce that Lawson & Thompson have won the Bronze award for Best Property Management Company in the Sunday Times Letting Agent of the Year awards.
Over 5,000 letting offices entered the awards from across the United Kingdom and Ireland in what is widely regarded as the most prestigious and difficult to win competition in the industry.
Lawson & Thompson were awarded 3rd place overall in the hotly contested Best Property Management Company category. The judges praised our commitment to delivering service excellence and our innovations in the sector, highlighting our monthly landlord inspection reports, annual building surveys and online portal as prime examples of this. We also received recognition for our efforts in community engagement, helping build strong relationships with our clients and local residents.
The judging process consisted of a 1,500 word questionnaire, the supply of supporting documentation, a telephone interview and follow up ‘mystery shopper’ exercises. The judging process was overseen by The Property Ombudsman, Christopher Hamer, and David Cox, Managing Director designate of ARLA acted as Arbiter. The judges themselves comprised of highly experienced property professionals, including leading agents together with other industry experts and specialists.
